Agriculture- showcasing the agriculture industries in the Ghana and around the world, showcasing Ghanaian cultures as well as foreign cultures-the Kings and Queens of the land, promoting their histories through entertainment.

Religion-creating opportunity for Christians to broadcast the good news- running religious shows to encourage and save the afflicted etc., Development -creating a platform for Ghanaians to share their views and ideas in the nations’ development and growth, building relationship between governments.

Promoting businesses- to advertised the various products and services in market- the Business News is to inform and update the general public local and international in market prices- to introduce new products on market-the good products and the fake products that can be harmful to ones’ health-to update on the exchange rates in the market, promoting and showcasing industries in Ghana and around the world.

Politics- educating on healthy politics- peaceful politics- forwarding views and ideas of our political leaders and the voice of the Ghanaian through our medium-showcasing the voices of our political leaders and the leaders of the our country through our medium etc.

Achievements

EASTERN 105.1 FM is still in progress regardless of the challenges it has been through for all these years.
We have trained most of the top presenters in Ghana such Abeku Aggrey (A.K.A Santana) and others 
We have train over three hundred students in the media who are now exploring their skills and the knowledge they acquired in Journalism, Marketing and Public Relation etc. in various institutions in Ghana.
We now have a large listenership, a large coverage area and most of our audience participating in our educative, entertaining shows and outdoor events.

Eastern FM Radio Training Institute (patchworks multi-media)
With the youth in Ghana are more interested in Radio/TV work and have the dreams to become Radio/TV Presenters, Sports Presenters and Reporters etc. we established a Radio Training School called “Eastern FM Radio Training Institute (Patchworks Multi-Media) as part of our goal and social responsibilities. The training school is still progressing; it has trained over three hundred presenters in Ghana especially in the Eastern part of the country. The training school was established in the year 2000 in koforidua in the Eastern Region of Ghana with five students and was managed by Mrs. Juliana Owusu the mother of Mr. Owusu Acheampong. You can still join the school even if you are a worker. We now have the evening school for workers and even for students as well
